Taking place at The Edwardian Manchester on 19 November 2026, the evening will bring together more than 250 leaders and decision-makers from across UK real estate for an evening of celebration, connection and insight.
Following the merger of AREF, the BPF and IPF, this new flagship event will bring our combined membership and the wider industry together in Manchester for the first time.
An evening to connect and celebrate
The evening will begin with a networking drinks reception, followed by a three-course seated dinner and a lively Post-Dinner Soirée.
With senior figures from across the industry in attendance, the dinner offers an excellent opportunity to strengthen existing relationships, make valuable new connections and celebrate the sector’s achievements in one of the UK’s most dynamic cities. The event is open to both members and non-members.
