From Ambition to Action: Bridging the Net Zero Gap in the Built Environment
Join us for a breakfast panel session kindly hosted by MFMac
With Scotland targeting net zero by 2045 and growing expectations around building performance, the built environment faces an increasingly complex sustainability landscape. But how do these ambitions translate into practice, and what is realistically achievable?
What are occupiers looking for? How are investors responding to evolving sustainability expectations? What is technically feasible from an engineering and building design perspective? And how can government ensure its ambitions are affordable, commercially viable and deliverable?
Bringing together perspectives from across the property industry, including occupiers, engineering professionals and legal experts, this panel will explore the challenges and opportunities of turning Scotland’s net zero ambitions into practical action.
