Site visits: Inventa and Fabrica
Delegates will visit Inventa and Fabrica, two landmark developments in Oxford’s emerging West End Innovation District. Delivered by Mission Street in partnership with BGO, the schemes are helping to create a new hub for science, technology and innovation-led businesses.
- Inventa is a completed 65,000 sq ft laboratory and office building for life sciences and technology occupiers. Created by transforming a vacant retail warehouse, it demonstrates how underused urban sites can be repurposed to support sustainable growth.
- Fabrica, currently under development, will provide approximately 180,000 sq ft of flexible laboratory, office and collaboration space. Designed to support organisations at every stage of growth, it will accommodate businesses from start-ups to larger-scale operations.
