RE:UK Returners Network – Relaunch and Network
We’re delighted to relaunch the Returners Network under RE:UK - a community for people across the real estate sector to connect, share experiences and shape what they would like the network to offer.
Returning to work after family leave is a significant milestone, and everyone’s experience is different. Whether you’re preparing to take leave, returning to work, or supporting colleagues through their return, this is an opportunity to meet others, share experiences and hear different perspectives.
Join us for an informal networking session where we’ll bring the network together to get to know one another, hear what people would like from the network and explore how we can make it as useful and relevant as possible.
Our Co-Chairs will also share a few words about the network and why they are passionate about creating a supportive community for returners across the real estate sector.
Who is it for?
The RE:UK Returners Network is open to anyone who would like to be part of the conversation, including:
- Those returning from maternity, paternity, adoption or shared parental leave.
- Those preparing to take parental or family-related leave.
- Anyone who has previously returned from a period of family-related leave.
- Allies, colleagues and managers who want to better support returners and champion inclusive career pathways.
