We've all been there - walking into a networking event, scanning the room and wondering who you should speak to first. Smarter Connections removes the guesswork, creating meaningful introductions that help you make the most of your time.   

Bringing together professionals from across real estate, technology and PropTech, ahead of PropTech Connect Europe, this exclusive drinks reception combines relaxed networking with AI-curated introductions designed to connect you with the people most relevant to your interests and ambitions.   

When registering, you'll answer a few simple questions about your interests, objectives and the connections you're hoping to make. Using your responses, our AI-powered networking tool will create three personalised introductions throughout the evening, matching you with professionals based on shared interests, complementary goals and genuine opportunities for collaboration.   

Across three guided networking rounds, you'll meet different people selected specifically for you before continuing conversations over drinks and informal networking for the rest of the evening.   

Whether you're looking to build new partnerships, meet potential clients, discover innovative solutions, connect with investors or simply expand your network, you'll leave having had conversations with people who truly align with your goals - not just those who happened to be standing nearby.

This event is open to Gold Members, with up to two tickets available per organisation. 

Non-Members PropTechs (SOLD OUT)

Registration is subject to approval, with one ticket available per organisation for non-members. Once approved, you will receive a short form to complete ahead of the event. Following PropTech Connect Europe, a member of the UKPA team will also be in touch to arrange an informal conversation about the UK PropTech Association, our community and how you might benefit from being involved.

Once you have received your official event confirmation email, you will be sent a short form to complete for the AI-powered networking tool. Please ensure this is completed by 4:00pm on Wednesday 2 September so that we can finalise your attendance and personalised networking group matches ahead of the event. To ensure the best possible experience for all attendees, only guests who have completed the form by the deadline will be included on the final attendee list and granted access to the event.
