The UK PropTech Awards is back – bigger and better than ever.

Join us on the 26th of November as we celebrate the organisations, technologies and people transforming the built environment through innovation.

For 2026, we’re raising the bar with a brand-new home at the Building Centre. Proudly supported by the Built Environment Trust, this year’s awards will deliver a technology-led experience, featuring a spectacular L-shaped 16-metre immersive digital stage screen, digital walls and a production environment designed to showcase the very best of innovation across the sector.

The UK PropTech Awards shines a spotlight on the organisations leading digital transformation across the built environment, recognising the pioneers who are redefining how we design, develop, manage and experience our buildings and places.

Join us for an unforgettable evening of networking, celebration and innovation as we recognise the people and organisations shaping the future of the built environment.

This year we’re thrilled to introduce a fresh lineup of awards recognising those across the real estate ecosystem that are driving the digital transformation agenda, including new categories like “AI Innovation Award,” “Transforming Real Estate Award,” and “Smart Buildings & Customer Experience Award”. Reflecting the industry's growing emphasis on cross-sector collaboration, several awards are now open to joint applications between PropTech providers and property businesses. And we are particularly excited to continue to spotlight our dedicated awards for start-ups and scale-ups, recognising the brightest new entrants and fastest-growing businesses shaping the future of PropTech.

Whether your business is scaling at pace, transforming operations through data, or pioneering more inclusive and sustainable practices, we invite you to showcase your achievements. You can also nominate an individual you believe is a Future Leader, a Innovation Champion, or an Inspirational Founder or someone who has a bright future ahead of them in our Rising Star category, to spotlight those who are shaping the future of PropTech.
