Our REIT Forum in predominantly made up of tax experts within REIT businesses, and from member accounting and legal firms. We engage with HMRC to seek improvements to the REIT legislation – and clarity in the guidance. The group also considers future reforms which could improve and modernise the regime and better support further growth of the UK REIT regime.
