UK Residential Investor Sentiment Survey – Our Autumn 2026 publication is now available providing an aggregated outlook for UK residential. The quarterly publication is based on data received from 20 organisations and highlights expectations of rental value growth, capital value growth and investment intention trends for the next 12 months.
The report covers two main segments of the UK residential market, BTR multifamily apartment blocks and BTR single family housing, as well as investment intentions towards the affordable housing market.
