Our budget submission focusses on how Government can better support the current challenges facing development viability. As well as stressing the importance of stability and certainty in the tax and regulatory environment, we call on Government to address areas of the tax system which currently hamper investment, especially high-density housing, like BTR, which will be crucial to meeting the Government’s housing targets and delivering New Towns at pace.
