BPF response to Government's consultation on Land Remediation Relief

Together with AREF, our response to Government's consultation on Land Remediation Relief calls for longer-term reforms that better target the relief at sites the Government wants to see brought forward - like brownfield sites - and recommends making the relief available earlier and, in some cases, as a tax credit.
