Our response to Government's consultation on introducing MEES to the social rented sector

In our response, we highlight that we support the introduction of MEES for socially rented homes and agree we should align minimum standards across the private and social rented sectors. However, we don't believe the proposed implementation timeline is achievable and that there needs to be a longer lead in time for the sector to prepare.
