Tracking the UK commercial property outlook

Our quarterly UK Consensus Forecasts publication brings together independent forecasts to provide an aggregated view of the outlook for UK commercial property investment.

For the Summer 2026 survey, 10 organisations provided forecasts for some or all UK sectors, with all forecasts generated within 10 weeks of the 19 August 2026 submission deadline. The publication covers rental value growth, capital value growth and total returns from 2026 to 2030, alongside five-year annualised averages for UK All Property, individual sectors and the two Central London office sub-markets.
