RE:UK response to 'More and Better Social Homes'

We have submitted our response to the Regulator of Social Housing’s discussion paper, 'More and Better Social Homes'. Our response sets out our support for the RSH’s ambition to unlock more development, while urging the Regulator to prioritise making existing processes, including registration, faster, clearer and better resourced. We also highlighted the need for greater clarity on how the RSH defines and applies key regulatory concepts, including risk and proportionality.
