RE:UK response to UK corporate redomiciliation regime

We responded to the Government's consultation, which is seeking to improve the process for corporate entities to redomicile to the UK. We broadly supported this initiative, which could be helpful for some corporate fund vehicles - and also holding companies. We also took the opportunity to highlight some tax barriers which if addressed, could better support non-corporate fund entities to base in the UK.
