UK Residential Investor Sentiment Survey – Our Summer 2026 publication is now available providing an aggregated outlook for UK residential investment. The quarterly publication is based on data received from 22 organisations and highlights expectations of rental value growth, capital value growth and investment intention trends for the next 12 months.
The report covers two main segments of the UK residential market, BTR multifamily apartment blocks and BTR single family housing, as well as investment intentions towards the affordable housing market.
