Conference Logistics

RE:Futures Pre-Conference Session (only available to RE:Futures members attending the full conference): Arrival from 8.15am for 8.30am start.

Main conference arrival time & breakfast: From 8.30am

Conference start: 9.30am

Conference close: 6.30pm

88 Wood Street sits in the heart of the city, with St Paul’s, Bank, Moorgate, Liverpool St and Barbican stations all within walking distance. 

Upon arrival in the main lobby of the 88 Wood Street building, a member of the TOGETHER Host Team will direct you to the 1st floor where the event is taking place.

Please have your QR code ready when you arrive for check-in. Your QR code is included in the joining instructions email. If you are unable to locate it, a member of the RE:UK team will be happy to help.

Once you arrive on the first floor, a member of the RE:UK team will greet you and direct you to the registration desk where we will check you in and give you a delegate pass.

Registration will be organised alphabetically by first name. To help speed up the check-in process, we'll have four registration lanes.

• Lane 1: A–I
• Lane 2: J–R
• Lane 3: S–Z
• Lane 4: Guests, sponsors and delegates without a pre-printed badge.

Please wear your delegate pass at all times. 

A staffed cloakroom will be available throughout the conference for delegates to store coats, luggage, and personal belongings. While every reasonable care will be taken to ensure the security of items left in the cloakroom, delegates are encouraged not to leave valuables such as laptops, mobile phones, wallets, or important documents unattended. Please collect all belongings before leaving the venue at the end of the conference. 

If you have any dietary restrictions or accessibility needs for attending this event, please inform us as soon as possible. 

The buffet is served in a shared environment, and we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely allergen-free. If you have a question on the day, please speak to a member of staff.

Event photography and video recording will be conducted throughout the event. By attending, you consent to the capture and use of your image and voice for promotional purposes by the event organisers. Should you have any concerns, please notify a member of our team at reception.

Please be advised that the fire alarm will be tested at 2pm. During this test, an alarm will sound once for 5 seconds.

Outside of this test, if you hear the fire alarm please leave the building immediately through the nearest fire exit - do not use the lifts. The fire assembly point is located outside the Wood Street Bar forecourt.

You cannot smoke or vape in the venue.

In accordance with our terms and conditions we're unable to issue refunds at this late stage should you be unable to attend. However, we can accept name changes up to the start of the event. Please confirm any name changes as soon as possible by emailing events@realestateuk.org

The suggested dress code for the conference is business attire.
