A step change in housing delivery and regeneration: Homes England’s evolving offer to the market
Homes England and Real Estate:UK invite you to a joint webinar exploring how the Agency is evolving its role to support and accelerate the delivery of new homes and regeneration across England.
This session will provide a clear overview of Homes England’s strategic direction and refreshed offer to the market, including:
- The Investment Prospectus – setting out the Agency’s long-term investment priorities and support available to partners
- The National Housing Bank – a new public financial institution set up to manage up to £16 billion of long-term debt, equity and guarantees, as well as crowd in private capital and unlock up to £53 billion of private investment over the next 10 years
- A new regional operating model – enabling more responsive, place-based decision-making and making it easier for partners to work with the Agency
Senior leaders from Homes England will explain how these changes are designed to:
- accelerate delivery at greater pace and scale
- improve responsiveness to market conditions
- enable more effective partnership working across the sector
The session will also include a live Q&A.
