Join RE:Futures and CBRE for an engaging evening designed to bring together the next generation of talent in the living sector.
Hosted at The Observatory, Henrietta House, this summer mixer will explore the key challenges and opportunities shaping today’s living landscape from shifting investor sentiment to the evolving demands across build-to-rent, student accommodation, and affordable housing.
The programme will feature insights from Jason Hardman, Head of UK Living Sector at CBRE, alongside perspectives from CBRE’s Living Capital Markets team, Olly Tincknell and Molly Skan, and guest contributions from industry clients. Through a series of short, thought-provoking presentations and interactive discussions, attendees will gain practical insight into navigating a changing market while building valuable connections across the sector.

Speaker profile:
Jason Hardman, Executive Director, Head of UK Living Sector, CBRE
Jason was appointed Head of the Living Sector for CBRE UK in June 2025, with responsibility for growth and strategy across capital, land, affordable and operational living sectors, including BTR, SFH, PRS, strategic and urban land, affordable housing, student accommodation, co-living and senior living. Jason was elected to the RICS Governing Council from January 2025, where he focuses on promoting diversity within the profession and encouraging greater member engagement.

Molly Skan, Surveyor, Living Capital Markets, CBRE
Committee: Chair of Living Junior Board, CBRE
Molly joined CBRE in September 2022 and moved into the Living Capital Markets team in September 2024. In her current role, Molly specialises in land acquisitions and disposals across the South East of England, as well as advising on large strategic sites at a national level. Molly has been a member of the Living Junior Board since January 2025 and was appointed Chair in January 2026, where she leads the board's mission to foster meaningful engagement between the living sector and the next generation of real estate professionals.

Olly joined CBRE’s Living Capital Markets team in September 2025, where he supports brokerage services across single- and multi-family housing transactions, including forward funds, forward commitments and standing stock. Olly previously served as Co-Chair of CBRE’s Next Generation Committee (2024–2025), representing graduates and apprentices across the UK. In 2026, Olly was appointed to the inaugural Real Estate:Futures Early Careers Committee, where he focuses on strengthening engagement between the organisation and young professionals in the living sector.
