The fifth session in the FUNDamentals series provided a practical introduction to the key concepts and metrics used to assess the performance of real estate funds, as well as practical tips on how to read financial statements and reports.
Designed for professionals with varying levels of experience, the session explained commonly used performance measures in an accessible way, supported by practical examples and industry context.
Led by Darius Tanas, Associate Director, Real Assets and Leiden Bherwani, Senior Financial Reporting Manager, Real Assets, both from Aztec Group, the session helped attendees develop their understanding of key reports, fund performance and the factors that influence investor outcomes.
