Main conference arrival time & lunch: From 12 pm
Conference start: 1pm

The conference will take place at PwC, 1 Embankment Place, London WC2N 6RH, in central London.The venue is conveniently located next to Charing Cross station and within easy walking distance of Embankment.

QR Code
Please have your QR code ready when you arrive for check-in. Your QR code is included in the joining instructions email. If you are unable to locate it, a member of the RE:UK team will be happy to help.
Checking In
Once you arrive at the PWC registration desk a member of the RE:UK team will greet you and direct you to the conference area where we will check you in and give you a delegate pass.
Registration will be organised alphabetically by first name.
Please wear your delegate pass at all times.
Please note that, as the event is fully booked, only those with a confirmed booking will be able to attend.
Cloakroom
A staffed cloakroom will be available throughout the conference for delegates to store coats, luggage, and personal belongings. While every reasonable care will be taken to ensure the security of items left in the cloakroom, delegates are encouraged not to leave valuables such as laptops, mobile phones, wallets, or important documents unattended. Please collect all belongings before leaving the venue at the end of the conference.
Special Dietary and Access Requirements
If you have any dietary restrictions or accessibility needs for attending this event, please inform us as soon as possible.
The buffet is served in a shared environment, and we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely allergen-free. If you have a question on the day, please speak to a member of staff.
Photography
Event photography will be conducted throughout the event. By attending, you consent to the capture and use of your image and voice for promotional purposes by the event organisers. Should you have any concerns, please notify a member of our team at reception.

Booking Terms and Conditions
In accordance with our terms and conditions we're unable to issue refunds at this late stage should you be unable to attend. However, we can accept name changes up to the start of the event. Please confirm any name changes as soon as possible by emailing events@realestateuk.org
