Alex MacBean is a Senior Associate in the Operational Risk & Environment team at Travers Smith, whose focus spans sustainability and governance related compliance, risk and liability management issues - across corporate governance, health and safety, climate, supply chain risk, environment, planning, and sector-based regulatory matters.
She has significant experience working with investment and corporate clients on a range of ESG and sustainability mandates including with experience in real-estate fund and sustainability investment considerations under sustainable finance laws, as well as wider matters relating to compliance and alignment with international human rights regimes, sustainability and climate reporting.
